Here at 13 creative, we are looking for a Creative/Art Director. You will be responsible for working across print, digital, social, branding, campaigns and everything in between. You will lead a multi-disciplined team in creating work for our portfolio of brands, helping to craft not just the creative, but also inspiring the way they think and design. With an ethos of motivation and constructive development, you will be providing feedback and design critique; and ultimately, you will be accountable for the design work that leaves the agency.

In addition to a keen design eye, your own expectations will be of a high standard, with an approach that is collaborative and authentic. Attention to detail, visual perception, and a design sensibility that understands commercial viability and success within a variety of mixed media is paramount!

You will deliver exceptional creative for brand partners, lead key client pitches, and manage multiple projects from conception through to completion.

Here at 13creative we are looking for a Creative Digital Designer, an exciting opportunity has arisen to design eye-catching assets across all digital touchpoints – web design, social content, banners, email and B2B comms.

About You

– The ability to manage multiple projects

– Process effective time management skills across a portfolio that reflects a high level of demonstrable UX design skills as well as the key fundamentals of UI/UX

– Be able to identify and troubleshoot any potential UX problems

– Critique and improve the customer journey

– Possess the ability to site map

– The ability to create engagement through effective design.

– Keeping up-to-date and have knowledge of current web trends and technologies

– Deliver a great understanding along with a passion for user-experience design

– Introduce new ideas on how to differentiate or improve the offering for clients

– Maintain a genuine interest in working with evolving B2B brands

– Be comfortable in taking hold of a project and driving it to completion, keeping both internal teams and clients on-track.
