Creativity, organisation, tight deadlines and happy clients is at the forefront of every job we do at 13 Creative.
CreativeHUT, a long established partner of 13c, asked for our involvement with the organisation of their event at Silverstone 2021 Grand Prix. This monumental event represented a first for most, the first Grand Prix to be running at full capacity after Covid-19, and the first time the CreativeHUT team would finally be working together again at a face-to-face event in 18 months. To mark the occasion, CreativeHUT wanted to make this an event to remember.
To get CreativeHUT ready to attack the weekend ahead, 13c kitted the whole team out with a fresh new uniform, reuniting the group in style. We designed a range of engaging leaflets to promote exclusive discounts and competitions running throughout the weekend.
Based in the UTC at Silverstone Circuit, the family zone, CreativeHUT organised 5 breakout areas for families to put their coding, engineering and creativity to the test. To make each zone stand out in the crowds, 13c took different colours from the CreativeHUT bulb logo, to designed on-brand tear drop flags.
13c was given free rein of creativity to produce engaging props that the visitors could interact with. We designed and produced Instagram frames in-line with the CreativeHUT branding, along with fun props for visitors to have pictures with. This had a great response from the families at Silverstone, whilst also getting the CreativeHUT brand out there.
The activity that stole the show had to of been the Racing Zone, with 13c’s epic designs and cut vinyl that recreated a racetrack like formation, for CreativeHUT’s bots to race against each other – bringing out everyone’s competitive side, including the adults!
A truly fun and enjoyable project to be involved in.
